Weekly Fitness Hack

Every week is the same. I always allow time for training but things crop on and take priority. Its part and parcel of running your business or when you are working for someone else lunch meetings and others agendas have to be met.

It’s just life, right… It can ruin good intentions if you let it. Well, today I decided I won’t let it. So here is how I squeezed in my training.

Its simple, nothing complicated here. All I did was snatch. Kettlebell Snatch that is. Life is not a fitness hack and one should have a plan of sorts but in an event when you are thrown a curve ball you have to play whats given.
