It’s simply continued effort. Not once or twice. Its forever. I am afraid… actually I’m not cause success in anything requires a lot of hard work, persistence and all out determination. This maybe where others stop but for you all the hard work that goes into achieving greatness is playtime. Something that you enjoy.

I’m sorry to say that I can’t provide you with a shortcut. I can’t show you a way to get from where you are now to get to the top of your game — but what I can do is guide you in the right direction.

For now its back to training and getting you physically prepared (GPP).

Equipment required: Dumbbells or Kettlebells.
Dynamic Warm-up
Then Round 1:
21x Squat Thrusters (aka Squat Overhead Press) +
21x Bent over Row +
21x Renegade Rows with Press-ups
14x 6 Point Burpees +
42x Ju-Jistu Sit-ups
Then:
Rest
Then Round 2:
15x Squat Thrusters (aka Squat Overhead Press) +
15x Bent over Row +
15x Renegade Rows with Press-ups
14x 6 Point Burpees +
42x Ju-Jistu Sit-ups
Then:
Rest
Then Round 3:
9x Squat Thrusters (aka Squat Overhead Press) +
9x Bent over Row +
9x Renegade Rows with Press-ups
14x 6 Point Burpees +
42x Ju-Jistu Sit-ups
Then:
Rest
Then:
Finisher
2x90seconds Sprinting on Treadmills Gradient:15 Speed:12-15
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
