3×15 Barbell only Hang Cleans +
3×15 Barbell only Jump Shrugs
Then:
5 rounds of Power Cleans working up-to MAX
Then:
Skeleton Deadlift
2×15 Light barbell Deadlift
Then:
8 rounds of 3-6 reps
Heavy Deadlifts working up-to MAX
Then:
Stretch and Recover
