Dynamic warm-up
Then:
Kettlebell Swing +
Single Arm Left Kettlebell Over Head Walking Lunges +
Single Arm Right Kettlebell Over Head Walking Lunges +
Ring Pull-ups
3 rounds 1 minute per exercise
Then:
3 rounds of 30/30 Kettlebell Push Press (30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest) *Rest is taken with weight overhead)
Then:
Ring Press ups +
Ring Woodchops
3 rounds of 1 minute per exercise
Then:
Cool down and recover
